Book 1 Delivery and Fulfillment Timeline Update

Hi everyone, We're excited to share that the Book 1 PDF has been delivered! You should be able to access it now through BackerKit digital downloads. Happy delving!

Also, we need to provide an update on fulfillment as well. We're pushing the physical fulfillment estimate to July to ensure we deliver the quality products you deserve. This accounts for our current development pace, the Chinese New Year, and even a couple of unforeseen hiccups along the way. 

Our editing process is taking longer than we initially anticipated, and rather than rush it, we want to make sure World's Largest Dungeon is as polished and perfect as possible. This extra time will allow us to double-check the details and deliver something we're truly proud of and that you'll love. Shout and special "Thank you!" to all of our beta participants and playtesters for their excellent work during our beta phase.

We're absolutely going to try to deliver earlier if we can, but we wanted to set this date now to give you a realistic timeline and keep you in the loop.

Thank you so much for your patience and continued support. It means the world to us, and we can't wait to get the finished book into your hands.

The long-awaited Book 2 Beta is ready for your review! This book was distributed a little differently, via Backerkit directly, so check your email for the downloads!

Thank you so much for the hundreds of suggestions and fixes you have all submitted. Book 1, 2, and 4 Beta are now closed.

Fulfillment

We are working as fast as we can while maintaining quality at the absolute forefront. The beta test brought a few more issues to light, and we are dedicated to putting out a high-quality product, so we are not going to release anything or start the presses until it meets those standards of quality.

That said, we anticipate Book 1 to be ready for its full digital release imminently, likely the next couple weeks, so you can get started on your epic crawl into this epic megadungeon. 

We will have a better picture of full digital fulfillment after the Book 2 beta, and we'll update you as soon as we can.

Book 3 Beta is staying open for a period of time since we are just now delivering the maps.

Surveys & Book 3 Beta!

Surveys have gone out!

Anyone who is not using the Pay-in-Four feature will have received their survey this morning! Those of you who are still making payments will receive your surveys as soon as those are wrapped up.

Many of you are new to crowdfunding, and we're super grateful to have you here! So what are these surveys? This is a vital part of the crowdfunding process, where we gather important information from you, confirm your pledge, and so on. The key components are:
  • Confirming your order
  • Customizing your order with Add-ons
  • Giving us your shipping information
The surveys are required; we cannot deliver anything until they are done.

So please, take some time and fill out your survey! This ensures we can stay on schedule and get you your goods! 

Post Campaign Stretch Goals

In your survey, you will have an opportunity to customize your order. We have several add-ons available that were NOT in the campaign. The way these post-campaign stretch goals work is that if you add them to your pledge in the survey, or someone adds them in the pre-order store, it builds towards unlocking them for everyone! You will only be charged if the items are unlocked; if they are not, they will be removed from your cart.

These include Book 3 and Four of the Foundry VTT module, AND a massive pack of printed TACTICAL dungeon crawl maps. These differ from the included regional maps because these are actual 1x1-inch squares. Remember, this dungeon is MASSIVE.
