🧱 From Page to Table: Meet the First Four Bosses of the Dungeon!
The World’s Largest Dungeon is more than just sprawling maps and epic encounters: it's packed with unforgettable villains. Today, we’re thrilled to spotlight the four major bosses from Book One (Regions A–D) and show how their custom miniatures bring the campaign to life like never before.

🐀 Longtail the Wererat Sorcerer
A cunning manipulator with infernal ambitions, Longtail opened a gateway to a prison of fiendish beasts and lost control of what came through. His miniature captures his hybrid form in mid-transformation, robes swirling, casting hand alight with arcane power. Longtail isn’t just a foe, he’s a warning of what is to come.

👑 Argliss the Goblin King
Worshiped as a divine messenger by zealous goblins, Argliss is a shapeshifter who rose to power through deception and tyranny. His miniature shows him in his regal goblin form, adorned in holy trappings, but those who know better will notice the subtle hints of something amiss.

🐉 Nardarik the Black Dragon
A scourge of the lower halls, Nardarik made his lair among shattered vaults and flooded ruins. Few foes inspire as much dread as this ancient terror. His miniature is a full-size centerpiece: wings arched, jaws open mid-roar, tail coiled like a serpent. This is the moment the party sees the true scale of what they’ve awakened.

🕷️ Chtrax the Xill Master
A planar exile driven mad with ambition, Chtrax enslaves derro, dwarves, and formians alike in his search for a vault housing a pit fiend. His miniature is equal parts alien elegance and insectile menace, with four arms poised for spellcasting and vivisection alike. Use it as the final boss of Book I, or the herald of something even worse.
Each of these bosses anchors an entire region and their miniatures are sculpted to reflect their lore, personality, and battlefield presence. Whether you're running the encounters as written or building your own epic moments, these minis are ready to dominate your table.
Each of our models are designed to look perfect at game-scale, but with extra detail that stands up to printing these at larger scales as artistic statuettes. Pick up the STLs and you can realize these epic models in any scale!
